Bachelors in Economics

San Francisco State University

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Francisco State University, where I developed a strong foundation in both theoretical and applied economics. The program provided in-depth knowledge of microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and international economics, while also emphasizing practical data analysis and economic modeling. Through coursework, research opportunities, and internships, I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating market trends and policy decisions. The location in the Bay Area also offered access to a vibrant professional network, connecting academic learning with real-world applications in industries such as technology, finance, and public policy.

Organizational Change and Behavior

School of Professional Studies

Over the course of three semesters at New York University School of Professional Studies, I focused on gaining a deep understanding of change management theories and practices. The program covered key models such as business process reengineering, total quality management, and other emerging frameworks for organizational development. Through case studies, role-playing, and critical analysis, I developed the skills to evaluate and implement effective organizational change strategies. I also learned how to lead workplace transformations as a change management agent or consultant, equipping me with the tools to navigate complex business environments and drive positive change.

I completed an intensive certification in AI Product Management under the guidance of Jyothi Nookula, a seasoned Product Management leader with extensive experience in FAANG companies. Through this program, I developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and strategies involved in managing AI and machine learning products.

The program covered key topics, including the AI product lifecycle, defining AI-driven business problems, data governance, and advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and generative AI. I gained practical skills in prompt engineering, prototyping AI solutions using no-code platforms, and designing responsible AI strategies.  Additionally, I learned how to align AI product metrics with business goals, conduct AI-assisted market research, and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The hands-on workshops, case studies, and assignments provided me with real-world experience, equipping me to lead AI-driven initiatives with a strong focus on business value, ethical considerations, and scalability.

6.0 Agile Product Management 

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

I am a Certified SAFe 6.0 Agile Product Manager with expertise in Lean-Agile product development, strategic roadmap planning, and market-driven innovation. Under the instruction of Jeetesh Kumar Nagaraj, a Product Management and Business Transformation Consultant with over 10 years of experience at EY, I earned my APM Agile certification. This certification validates my deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 6.0, including Continuous Exploration, Product Strategy, and Value Stream alignment. I have successfully applied these principles to prioritize features, optimize backlogs, and deliver customer-centric solutions in Agile environments.

With hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes, I am eager to contribute my skills to an organization that values Agile transformation and data-driven product development.
